It’s hard work being a Hollywood A-lister. Constantly being snapped by paparazzi and having every look scrutinised by the media creates a demand to stay looking your best. To do this, many turn to cosmetic procedures and aesthetic enhancements. But while some are open and honest, others like to keep their surgical tendencies under wraps.

Kendall Jenner
The Kardashian-Jenner clan is synonymous with surgery. In fact, it would probably be more shocking if one of the family hadn’t undergone plastic surgery. However, that is the case with Kendall Jenner, Kylie’s older sister.
It’s been speculated online that Kendall has had a nose job and a brow lift which she denies. It is also speculated that Kendall’s lips have been subject to a lip lift although it’s believed that her plump lips are actually thanks to lip fillers, a non-surgical procedure.
Other members of the family have been more open about their relationship with surgery. Kylie has previously opened up about her breast surgery while Caitlyn, previously Bruce, underwent the most extensive of surgeries when transitioning to a female.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson
The Rock’s gigantic yet lean physique is the envy of guys all over the world. While his Instagram profile may lead you to believe his body was 100% made in the gym/kitchen, he has had a helping hand from liposuction surgery on his chest in his younger years.
The Rock has also been accused of undergoing other cosmetic surgeries, including a nose job. The former WWE star has never confirmed or denied whether his face has been the subject of a nose job, but there is no clear evidence that Johnson has undergone any form of rhinoplasty surgery.
Ariana Grande
The star of Wicked has been accused of using a whole host of surgical enhancements, including a nose job and a brow lift. While she has previously admitted to non-surgical enhancements such as Botox and lip fillers, she recently lifted the lid on her relationship with plastic surgery.
In a recent interview, Ariana was asked if she had ever had a nose job or a boob job. The singer-turned-actress denied ever having either procedure but did state she was open to the idea of a facelift.
Simon Cowell
Simon Cowell is one of the UK’s most successful music moguls and has long been the face of hit TV shows on both sides of the pond. Cowell’s ability to maintain his youthful looks has been praised for a number of years, and as he nears 70, most would agree that he certainly doesn’t look it.
There is a common belief that this was achieved through surgery, but according to Cowell, this isn’t the case. While he has openly admitted to using Botox and fillers, he has denied undergoing surgical enhancements such as a facelift or nose job.
